We strongly suggest people new to exercise please contact Teresa at 727-480-1654 via text(PREFERRED) or phone to get suggestions on where to start! Especially if you are dealing with a current injury or are coming back from one.

Classes are small and taught by certified personal trainers and certified group fitness instructors.
These are not your typical big box gym fitness classes.
They will challenge you - but our focus is on proper form and body mechanics. We can modify moves for almost all fitness levels.

ABOUT OUR CLASSES
Spin Circuit Training
Spin Circuit training is a total body workout that involves performing both strength and cardio training exercises. You can improve all aspects of your physical ability and appearance with this high intensity but highly enjoyable type of training. Weight training is done OFF the bike.
Upper Body/Core and Cardio Circuit
This class is 45 minutes and is tailored around working the UPPER HALF - upper body will be on fire. We do always touch on core and cardio but the primary focus is upper. The class is divided into timed stations. Every move can be modified when needed. All levels welcome.
Mobility/Stability Training:
By Appointment (however we incorporate this into every group class)
Many of our trainers are certified with the GRAY INSTITUTE (www.grayinstitute.com) as Movement Professionals and Jeff Dillon and Teresa Evans are both GIFT graduates. Gray Institute® is internationally acclaimed for its innovation, development, mastery, and delivery of Applied Functional Science® (AFS). AFS is based on scientific truth – not theory – of how the human body moves in all three planes. AFS allows us as movement professionals to apply the best, most effective, and most efficient movements to any individual, based on specific needs and goals. We incorporate AFS and 3D Maps into all of our private training sessions to help you move more functionally and efficiently without pain.
Tabata / H.I.T.T.
45 Min. Faster paced, Tabata training is a high intensity training regime consisting of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated at 8 intervals for 4 minutes. We do this class Tabata STYLE - which means our intervals are longer, 40 seconds of work with 10 secs rest. We combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-intensity exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals. Class is for more experienced exercisers - however most moves can be modified for the adventurous beginner!
Spinning
Space is limited. We ask that everyone sign up for this class. On Spinner bikes, riders experience a challenging, exhilarating and fun workout. Knowledgeable and inspiring Certified Spinning Instructors — the core of Spinning — ensure riders enjoy the journey.
Lower Body Circuit
This class is 45 minutes and is tailored around working the LOWER HALF - glutes and legs will be on fire. We do always touch on core and cardio but the primary focus is lower. The class is divided into timed stations. Every move can be modified when needed. All levels welcome.
Pre/Post Natal Training

Working out during Pregnancy has great benefits! Train with someone who knows the Steps to Ensure the Health of Your Baby. Teresa is Moms In Motion© Certified and Worked Out until the Day She Delivered each of her Own 2 Baby Girls!
PILATES
This is a mat Pilates based class - we do utilize the Bender Ball, ankle weights, light weights, bands, glider discs and/or stability balls in this class. Bring your mat and fire up that core with this total body workout. Definitely not your classical Pilates class - we fuse together different modalities in this workout and take your Pilates moves to the next level.
